Free worldwide shipping on all orders!

Order Confirmation

After the payment has been processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please make sure the email you provide us during checkout is correct.

Shipping Confirmation

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order. Once we’ve shipped your item, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped to you in separate shipments. In this case, we’ll provide tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Times

For USA, Europe, and East Asia it is about 5-15 work days. For the rest of the world it could take up to 35 days.

*SHIPPING TIMES BASED ON OUR BEST ESTIMATE, HOWEVER, DELAYS CAN OCCUR IN TRANSIT (MAY EXPERIENCE FURTHER DELAY DUE TO COVID) OR DUE TO HOLDS AT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOM OFFICE, SO IT MAY TAKE LONGER FOR AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED.

Order Payment

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD.​

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value or merchandise. For international orders, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges.  If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. If you haven’t received your item in consideration of the shipping times listed above, please contact us at support@versari.ca.
