      What is your return policy?

      We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of their ship date. Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. You will receive an email notification to let you know that your return has been processed.

      Please note that all sale items and items that exceed 30 days from the ship date will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

      How do I return an item?

      You are responsible for shipping us your returns using the carrier of your choice. To proceed with a return, please follow these steps:

      1. Send us an email at with your full name, order number, and the reason for your return.
      2. You will hear from us within 5-7 business days.
      3. Once the return has been confirmed by our team, you will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return.
      4. Please label and ship using a carrier of your choice.
      5. Email us your return’s tracking number and we’ll take it from there!

      Since you will be liable for any lost or damaged packages we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking numbers.

      How do I exchange an item?

      We’re a small team! Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges at this moment. Did you purchase the wrong size or colour? Please email to return the order for a refund within 30 days and process a new order on our website.

      When will I get my refund?

      We’ll send you an email when we’ve processed the refund so you know it’s on the way. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

      What is final sale?

      All sale items and purchases that exceed 30 days from their ship date will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

      What happens if my item is faulty?

      We strive to supply quality garments but every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. Please email us at with your full name, order number, description of the issue, and a photograph. We will get in touch with you to arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
